Monday-Friday:   11am - 5:30pm
Saturday:             9am - 6:30pm
Sunday:               9am - 1pm

Upon request the Beauty Department is also open at other times, subject to booking in advance.
For making an appointment please contact the Spa Reception (Extension 137), or Hotel Reception (Extension 100).
Booked appointments can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours in advance.
